Submissions closed at midnight 30 June 2019 (NZST).

Tēnā koe, Talofa lava, Ni hao, Kia orana, Namaste, Bonjour, Mauri, Malo e lelei, Bula vinaka, Greetings!

Thank you for deciding to put forward your Idea to help children, whānau and families flourish. We hope this form will be easy for you - this is the most complicated page.

You are welcome to contact us at J R McKenzie Trust if you have questions – by telephone (04) 472 8876 or email: pmp@jrmckenzie.org.nz.

The information below is to help you with the software that we use.

IMPORTANT: Please read the information below to assist you in completing your proposal online.

THE FIRST STEP - Register or Log in

If you haven't applied to the J R McKenzie Trust before, you must first 'register'. Or if you have applied before, you need to 'log in'.

Either way, click the Log in button at the top left.

Registration gives you secure access to your proposal form.  Also, you don't have to fill it all at once, but can save it and log in again later.

THEN, FILL IN THE FORM

If you want to have a look at the form before you fill it out, click the 'Preview' button. To fill it in - you've guessed it - click the 'Fill in' button.

You may begin anywhere in the form. Please Save as you go.

If you need more help using this form, download the Help Guide for Applicants or check out Applicant Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's). Or, contact us (see the details above).

MOVING THROUGH THE FORM

On every screen (page of the form) you will find a Form Navigation contents box, this links directly to every page of the proposal. Click the link to jump directly to the page you want.

You can also click 'next page' or 'previous page' on the top or bottom of each page to move forward or backward through the proposal.

SAVING YOUR DRAFT PROPOSAL

If you wish to leave a partially completed form, press 'save' and log out. When you log back in and click on the 'My Submissions' link at the top of the screen, you will find a list of any proposals you have started or submitted. You can reopen your draft proposal and start where you left off.

You can also download any proposal, whether draft or completed, as a PDF. Click on the 'Download' button located at the bottom of the last page of the form.

SUBMITTING YOUR PROPOSAL

You will find a Review and Submit button at the bottom of the Navigation Panel. You need to review your proposal before you can submit it.

Once you have reviewed your proposal, you can submit it by clicking on 'Submit' at the top of the screen or on the navigation panel. You will not be able to submit your proposal until all the ‘required’ questions – those marked with a * - are completed.

If you would like to upload a video or audio clip rather that tell us about the idea in writing, please make this no longer than 2 minutes, and no larger than 25MB. Or you can include a link to a Vimeo or YouTube video which is up to 2 minutes long.

Once you have submitted your proposal, no further editing or uploading of support materials is possible.

You will receive an automated email with a copy of your submitted proposal attached. This will be sent to the email you used to register.

If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email then you should presume that your submission has NOT been submitted.

COMPLETING A PROPOSAL IN A GROUP/TEAM

A number of people can work on a proposal using the same log in details - only one person can work on it at once. Ensure you save your work as you go.

SPELL CHECK
